Pre-Graduation
Today is a BUSY DAY.
While the Katipunan guys are celebrating their victory via their so called “bonfire” on a TIUday after the RABEHDAN, here in Taft we are also celebrating our own individual victory by being able to surpass almost four years of our struggle in our college life.
@4 am—already awake and having a hard time to sleep due to excitement for this day and for the whole week’s activities.
@5am—eat my breakfast and prepared for the day. Undecided on what dress to wear so I bought two dresses.
@5:30 am—I turned on the tv and tuned in to “Umagang Kay Ganda” in the hope of seeing my ever favorite green archers. Sad to say I have to leave early so I was not able to watch them. Anyways, I saw Rico today so o prob. but I want a pic with L.A. huhu.
@7:30 am— already in my ever beloved campus spot- “YFC tambayan”
@8:00 am— paid for the toga and the photo package- “Yes, gagraduate na ako”
@10 am—CBE Recognition Rites Practice- “Effort may practice pa!!duh!!”
@11 am—Eating while waiting for my turn. Make up galore within the campus salon (just kidding!). Thanks to Mama Regz for my make up and Kuya Arven for my hair. Labyah both.
@ 1pm— Mass and awarding of honorable mention. I love my medal.
@2:30 pm—Class picture taking and picture galore everywhere. Labyah guys and gals! I’ll miss Lazzahl!!! haha
@5 pm— Celebrated Kuya Marco’s birthday. HAPPY BIRTHDAY KUYA MARCO!!! Yellow cab was everywhere. Wohoo! pizza galore.

@9:00pm— Got home early! Still early compared before. Hehe
@ now— tired and sleepy so I will just end this entry to get a rest.

DLSU vs ADMU – UAAP Season 71
I was about to sleep when I read this from Philz’ multiply whom she got from other else’s account.
By now, you would have experienced gale force winds in Katipunan. Or you would have read articles in newspapers or blogs proclaiming the greatness of this season 71 edition of the Blue Eagles, Rabeh, Chris Tiu, Buenafe et al. They will also criticize our Archers as pikon and lacking class for not receiving their runner-up trophy, so perhaps we should be prepared with the facts.
1. While UP is the host of Season 71, they selected the Narvasa Brothers (both former Blue Eagle varsity players) who were directly responsible for the referees.
2. Commissioner Chito Narvasa penalized La Salle and Coach Franz Pumaren during the first La Salle-Ateneo regular season game for not wearing his ID and gave two free throws to Ateneo. This inspite of Coach Pido Jarencio of UST being shown not wearing his ID during the earlier game and not being penalized.
3. During two regular games during the season, one versus FEU and the other against UST, referees who called technical fouls against La Salle’s opponents were punished by Narvasa after the game with a termination and one with a suspension.
4. During the the final championship game, Buenafe, Jobe and other Ateneans could be seen taunting and trash talking but were not penalized.
5. The referees called 29 fouls on the Archers and only 13 fouls against the Blue Eagles. They awarded 28 free throws (18 which were converted) to Ateneo and only 8 free throws to the Green Archers.
6. The phantom finger of Rico was not clearly evident and since there was no reaction from the Eagles, it must not have happened.
7. The Green Archers were in the dugout during the awarding and no official from the UAAP called them out to receive their award.
Finally, if the Ateneans wanted to win with honor, they failed to do so. The Ateneo community should have asked the Narvasas to inhibit themselves due to their school history and obvious bias towards La Salle.
I will concede the first three La Salle-Ateneo games in Season 71 to the Blue Eagles. But we will never know the outcome of game 2 of the Championship series.because the referees panicked when La Salle reduced a 15 point half-time deficit to three at the end of the 3rd period.
Agree ako sa sinabi ng friend ko na “What’s done is done. Let Ateneo have their championship and I believe they deserve it. Di ko lang gusto ung pagkapanalo nila nung game 2.”
Pati mga kilala kong Atenista ay hindi rin gusto yung pagkapanalo nila nung game 2.
What more can I say. Congratz Ateneo.
ANIMO LA SALLE!
KEEP THE FAITH!
BABAWI TAYO NEXT SEASON, SABI NI RICO M. coz he will be back in season 72!!

Evil minds at work!!!
WARNING:
This blog entry was posted JUST FOR FUN. All the things that you would be reading in this blog entry were just IDEAS and will remain as EVIL IDEAS. Furthermore the BLUE EAGLES, the FANS of the BLUE EAGLES, and the WHOLE ATENEO COMMUNITY SHOULD NOT READ this post.

BLUE VS. GREEN
BLUE VS. GREEN
KATIPUNAN VS. TAFT
EAGLES VS ARCHERS
TIU VS. CASIO
SMART VS. GLOBE (duh?)
In whatever ways we say it. It’s LA SALLE VS. ATENEO. (period!)
The UAAP Season 71 hype would soon be over but it would end up with a blast since it would be the archrival, la salle and ateneo, rematch for the finals. I’m sure that the big dome would be filled with ocean of blue and sea of green tomorrow.
I’m fortunate enough to have a ticket, though it is for general admission only. As what I’ve heard from the news from both rival tv networks, the araneta tickets were sold out after just three hours. Meanwhile in La Salle since ticket selling is being done online, the tickets were also sold out within just an hour. To tell you honestly and without exaggeration, in just a few minutes the upper a and upper b tickets were sold out, that’s why i only have gen ad. huhu
. In Ateneo however, I heard, lots of people fall in long lines (as in kirk, just kidding
) to buy tickets.
But due to my bad luck experiences, except for last year’s championship, I will not attend the game tomorrow. I hope that it’ll help the archers…haha… I will just watch them on tv.
As much as I want Chris Tiu to have a nice exit for his last year in uaap, I don’t want our team to lose, especially from ateneo. I’ll just pray that the game tomorrow would be a fair and safe one.
Good luck GREEN ARCHERS!!! ANIMO LA SALLE!!!

Pride….
September 6, 2008 is the day! It’s not just another UAAP game, it’s La Salle vs Ateneo game. It’s pride at stake for this game.
I hope La Salle will win even if Ateneo is very powerful this season with Tiu and Al Hussaini leading the team. Or if they will not win, it will be a good game. It’s so hard to find ticket. Grabe…
Good Luck to the green archers….
